These high quality WAC officer uniform skirts are made with an expensive double weave wool elastique material, which can be identified by the diagonal line within the pattern, it keeps creases longer, is not prone to wrinkling and, though 85% wool, very cool to wear. This pair of Women’s Army Corps officer skirts are high waisted and feature the WWII era six panel construction, side zipper with button fastener and a generous 1 inch hem on the bottom.
