IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All helmets, liners, clothing and accessories sold by Top Pots are tendered as historical collectables and sold for display purposes only.  

They are not to be used as safety equipment for any kind of activity,such as horseback riding, motorcycle riding, rappelling, skydiving and (God forbid) actual ballistic protection, etc… .  These helmets are over 75 years old. Though beautifully restored, they are meant only for the mantle place, museum pedestal or living history display and not as protection for your head, neck and body.

Purchase of any item from Top Pots is an acknowledgement of being briefed on this fact and is a liability release from for any injury that may arise from misuse of these items.

Also, please acknowledge, unless otherwise stated, all these wonderful rare original helmets are custom restorations that may involve a 3 - 4 week production time, especially if hand painted art work is requested.
